30-Day Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date the item is received. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Returns requested beyond 30 days from receipt cannot be accepted.
Eligibility & Condition
Items must be in resalable condition. Include all tags, packaging, and accessories. Worn, altered, or damaged items may be refused. Final sale items, where marked, cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return

- We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Ship to Ecom Fire INC, 4711 34th St. N. Suite F, St. Petersburg, FL 33714. Retain tracking for your records.
Refund Method & Timing
Refunds are issued to the original Visa or Mastercard within 5–7 business days after inspection. Allow 1–2 additional billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error — damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We will cover return shipping in those cases and provide a prepaid label upon request.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days at support@trustedfamilywardrobestore.com or (866) 743-8775 with your order number and a short description (photo if possible). We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order. Contact us first to confirm the desired replacement is in stock, then return the original item following the standard process.
